This website is operated by ("we", "us"). We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number and the details you give us about your business. As a client, we also collect the financial, payroll and tax information needed to provide our services.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide accounting, payroll and tax services, meet our legal obligations (including to the ATO and Tax Practitioners Board), and manage our relationship with you. We don't sell your information.

Participant and client information

Your records may include information about the NDIS participants and aged care clients you support. We handle it only as needed to provide our services, keep it confidential, and store it securely in reputable cloud systems.

Disclosure

We may share information with government agencies as required by law, and with trusted service providers (such as our accounting software and IT providers) who help us deliver our services. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by using the email link or contact form on our contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
